A Faction CK is when your involved in a Faction feud , Weather it be Govt vs Illegal , Etc.
The following is the clause deciding the terms upon whether the player shall be cked or not.
Illegal > Illegal
If an illegal gang member encroaches another gang member , Provoking him in a way such , Where they get into a feud , Resulting in Death , Or a shootout, It may be deemed a CK by HoF/Heads/Owner , Due to Said rival gang will 9/10 Retaliate , It is THEIR choice to Retaliate , However There must be solid IC Evidence what gang the player is in , I.e. Tats , bandanna , After said player is CKed , If the other faction fully retaliates , A full on CK war may be Deemed. Causing every kill , From or on Hired hands , Snitches , Spies , Bribed cops , To be a CK until One faction icly surrenders , Or is fully killed off.
During Said war , All is fair game , Hit-men , Paid cops , Etc is ALL fair
Blood in Blood out
At any given time a faction leader can Ck off your character as per the blood in blood out gang rule , You give blood to get in , Give blood to get out, HOWEVER the faction leader cannot just CK random people off , he must have a valid reason for the ck.
Illegal > Government
If a(n) player is involved in a situation , Where he has committed murder , And is being chased by the police for that crime , And dies during the chase , The kill will be deemed a Ck. If the player and said cops get in a shootout and a cop dies , It is liable to be deemed a Ck by a lead+ online at the time , This does NOT mean when your driving around , Speed just so you can CK a cop , As low crime situations , Turning into shootouts will be HIGHLY frowned upon , If not punished, (Why would you kill a cop for pulling you over for speeding , Yes some people DO do it , But not everyone , In fact ,Hardly anyone
) Upon SWAT joining into the situation, The player Risks full on CK At any time during the situation. IF a gang is under investigation by PD and they recover enough evidence to do a "bust" The situation has liability to become a CK situation , If it turns into a firefight .
Non RP Ck Clause 
Upon a player being Robbed , If the player is non Rping fear , Aka Statwhoring , The situation may be turned into a CK situation in an attempt to make them RP properly , Until they begin to , which it'll then resume PK situation
Ruling on CK apps on reg. players.
If you were scammed for over 500k in items or cash , The player is subject to CK aslong as you provide proof to a lead+ on the forums,
Remember!: If you disagree with a CK you can always report it to try and get it reversed!
