Legal Factions / Checks Corporation - Faction Request

Faction name: Checks Corporation
Faction type: Business ( Real Estate and Car Sales )
Faction leader: Dwayne Checks
Faction vehicles needed: At the moment none, but maybey some vehicles will be requested later.
Some RP ideas for the faction (Quote at least 3): Well im planning to sell vehicles to people from a business HQ which is needed for my faction also I will need a garage for the faction ( that has to be pretty large) Also I want to make an idea where I import car's for less money (which involes you TPing them in to me) so that I can make profit on my business. Also I want to make it so people can come to me and I advertise to sell house and have a list of house in my HQ, also I want to sell my properties to other people though my corperation. Lastly I want to become a faction and hire people so they can help me advertise and help through inporting car's and such as well as selling them.
How will you raise funds?(Remember it's a LEGAL faction):
I will be able to sell the cars for money if I can make profit on my idea of importing them for less and selling them for a bit more. Also I will take some money for advertising people's homes and when I sell homes the money from that will go toward my faction.
