Creating Government Factions

To create a Government faction, a Lead+ Administrator will have to review your general idea of a faction. There will not be a fill out form for applying to make a Government faction, as it's the most difficult kind of faction to create/run. Of course, very high RP standards will be necessary to even be taken in count.
